Terms and Conditions<\/b>
\nCity Tour Deventer<\/b><\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to all city walks, private tours, and group tours offered by City Tour Deventer. City Tour Deventer is part of On the Shelf Opportunities (OTSO).<\/p>\n

1. Booking and Agreement<\/b>
\nA booking becomes binding once the customer and the guide have agreed on the date, time, duration, and price of the tour, and the booking has been confirmed.<\/p>\n

2. Cancellation by the Customer<\/b>
\nPublic Tours<\/i><\/p>\n

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before the tour starts<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation between 14 days and 48 hours before the tour starts: 50% refund<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour starts: no refund<\/li>\n
  • No-show: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Private Tours, Groups, and Business Clients<\/i><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Free cancellation up to 21 days before the tour starts<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation between 21 and 7 days before the tour starts: 50% refund<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation less than 7 days before the tour starts: no refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      One free rescheduling to another date is possible, subject to availability.<\/p>\n

      3. Cancellation by City Tour Deventer<\/b>
      \nIf a tour cannot take place due to illness, force majeure, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, City Tour Deventer will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement guide.<\/p>\n

      If this is not possible, any payments already made will be refunded in full. No further compensation or liability shall apply.
      \n4. Weather Conditions<\/b>
      \nTours will generally proceed in rain and normal weather conditions.<\/p>\n

      If weather conditions may compromise the safety of participants, such as storm warnings, extreme heat, or other exceptional circumstances, City Tour Deventer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.<\/p>\n

      5. Payment<\/b>
      \nInvoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n

      6. Right of Withdrawal<\/b>
      \nConsumers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal for these services. The tours offered by City Tour Deventer are leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.<\/p>\n

      7. Group Size<\/b>
      \nThe customer is responsible for providing the expected number of participants. Any changes must be communicated no later than two days before the start of the tour.<\/p>\n

      8. Liability<\/b>
      \nParticipation in a tour is at the participant\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n

      City Tour Deventer shall only be liable for direct damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Any liability is limited to the amount charged for the relevant tour.<\/p>\n

      City Tour Deventer accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to participants\u2019 personal belongings.<\/p>\n

      9. Refunds<\/b>
